The conference is free, and if you live greater than 50 miles from the conference center, you are eligible to be reimbursed for the cost of the hotel up to $130 per night. This is a great opportunity to attend the Eastern Division Annual Conference. The application for the hotel is attached to this announcement. Please fill out the form on-line (it is a fillable form) Hand written forms will not be accepted.
