We received word that Chief John Frecker passed away on December 13 after a very difficult year of health issues. A memorial service is planned for early 2025. Yesterday would have been his 56th birthday.
John was a member of Kensington Volunteer Fire Department during various periods from 1988 up to 2006. He was also an MCFRS employee and was assigned to Station 21.
Chief Frecker was a past member of the MFCA.
